It all started in 1997 when Dr. Rushil started competitive swimming. Back then, he had struggled for a good coaching guidance and scientific approach to competitive swimming. Out of sheer grit and pursuit to excellence,  he started gaining knowledge by reading books, developed expertise in the sport by meeting many top swimmers, improved his technique by continuously seeking suggestions for experts all over the country. During his undergraduate college days in dentistry, he started swimming coaching as a part time. His first student, Mr. Tulasi Chaitanya (Chief adviser, TriMetrix), bagged gold in all India inter-university competition. Over the past 20 years, he had realized the value he could bring to the sport, to the beginners and for all those swimmers who are on a quest for success. After finishing M.D.S, while Dr.Rushil worked as asst. professor in SRM University, Chennai, he continued to coach students in swimming.

The zeal to bring world class facilities in coaching to all types of aspirants, has brought people like Dr.Rushil to form the team TriMetrix in 2019. Grown from the passion to give quality coaching to younger generation, we tried all kinds of planning and structuring available and emerged as a successful team to produce top swimmers and athletes from Krishna district, with more than 10 years of passionate coaching we finally decided to raise the bar of coaching and entered into multisport. The team in TriMetrix coach because they like to train others and take happiness in their win.

Happy to serve you

Regards
TriMetrix team
